• Disclaimer. Prestige Leads does not warrant or represent that the leads you purchase are compliant for your intended use. By using our Services, you assume all risk of contacting leads.

6. SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive appointment scheduling and reminders, responses to service inquiries, and general business communications related to your request. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required to use our services. Message frequency varies, typically 2–5 messages per month, and message and data rates may apply. 12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to a trial by jury and may bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a class representative. 13. Governing Law
